Born
and raised in Africa, Malawi, She loved to sing but din't
feel like she was good enough. Apostle Ndovi of Living Waters
Church, prophesied on how God would use her to bless many
with her music and she just thought he had probably missed
it. Another Pastor in Swaziland gave her the same prophesy
and she still din't believe God was speaking to her. Though
she loved to sing, she felt like she wasn't good enough. She
came to America in 1997 to further her studies but got caught
up in a life style of partying and clubbing.
Her family stood with her in all she did, believing that
one day God would change her.Ntambo's life was hopeless
to many who saw her. Church and God no longer mattered to
her. One night after a long night of partying she got in
an argument with someone and was almost stabbed in the process
of it all. She had been beaten so badly though. That same
night she run to a close family member and explained all
that had happened and how she just needed the Lord back
into her life.
A pastor called Rev Peter Willie, came in the next day
and led her to rededicate her life to God. Ntambo has never been the same since. She went to church
in her party clothes and her Pastor Rev P. Willie and the
wife slowly fed her with word of God, and her outward appearance
begun to reflect that which was inside. God had transformed
her into a young and beautiful woman of God. Now she is
an anointed, powerful praise and worship leader at the same
church and also works for a christian radio station 89.7fm,
where she hosts the African hour.
She will normally say and I quote,
"I may not be where I want to be but atleast I'm not
where I used to be" |
